Artificial intelligence to control beach capacities in Malaga’s Fuengirola as Spain moves into COVID-19 deescalation period – Olive Press News Spain

Ana Mula, the Mayor of Fuengirola, and Carlos Moreno, the director of the technology company Juma Fuengirola, have developed a computer program to track the capacity of beaches in an effort to reduce the risk of COVID-19 infections.

The computer program works through AI sensors that will be placed on lampposts and will be launched when health authorities open up beaches again.
